Before Prohibition took hold, bourbon was America's drink of choice — and after the doors closed, it never really left. It just went quiet. Speakeasy Standard brings that era back for one night: hands-on cocktail making, a guided bourbon tasting, and dinner, all upstairs at Rosemary's.
This is our first-ever after-hours class — a Friday night edition built for guests who want the full evening, not just the hour.

$100 per ticket. A $25 DEPOSIT IS CHARGED ONLINE TO HOLD YOUR SPOT — THE REMAINING $75 BALANCE, PLUS TAX AND ANY OPTIONAL GRATUITY, IS DUE AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE CLASS.
