We offer a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at shop@shophighst.com. We’ll send a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Returns must be approved before shipping — items sent back without a prior return request can’t be accepted.
Damages & issues. Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at shop@shophighst.com and we’ll make it right.
Non-returnable items. We can’t accept returns on perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized orders, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards. Questions about a specific item? Just ask.
Exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t seen your refund, contact us at shop@shophighst.com.
