Shipping policy

Rates. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $150. For orders under $150, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.

Processing. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery estimates. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Once an order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Large & in-showroom items. Some pieces — including select furniture and oversized goods — are available for in-store pickup or local delivery rather than standard shipping. These items are noted on their product page; we’ll coordinate pickup or delivery directly with you.

Local pickup. Prefer to pick up in person? Choose local pickup at checkout when available and we’ll have your order ready at 1401 Reading Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45202.
