On Sunday, October 18, you'll walk in to a limoncello spritz and light bites on the bar, and then we get to work. We're setting out the peels, the spirit and the syrup, and you pick your citrus, orange or lime. We'll teach you the large-batch method from start to finish, the version that makes enough for a party or a whole gift list, and then you'll bottle a small batch of your own to take home.
Made in late October, it's ready to give by the holidays (or keep, we won't ask).
