A bookshop inside a design store, for people who still believe the right book belongs on the table as much as the shelf: that's what this collection is built to be.
Out of our Over-the-Rhine showroom, we carry books across architecture and design, art and photography, food and drink, travel, history and culture, literature, and children's titles, plus stationery — desk accessories, gift wrap, and greeting cards — sourced as a mix of publisher backlist and small-press titles our team tracks down.
Every title on this shelf passed the same test as the room it's sitting in: would we actually leave it out? A book that only looks good in a stock photo doesn't make the cut.
High St. is not a big-box bookstore with ten copies of everything. We are a design destination, and the books here are chosen with the same eye we bring to furniture and lighting — for how they read on a shelf and how often they get pulled back down.
