Farmhouse Revival

Farmhouse Revival is a ground-up modern farmhouse built in partnership with High Point Custom Homes on a rural Warren County lot. High St. shaped every finished surface inside and out — kitchen and bath design, cabinetry, all tile and countertops, lighting and electrical placement, paint and wallpaper, door hardware, furnishings, and the full exterior palette. The work ran fourteen months of continuous collaboration with the builder and family, decision by decision, room by room.

The result is a home furnished and finished specifically for itself, rather than carried over from anywhere else. The family later moved to Florida and brought High St. with them for the next house — the truest measure of this one.
