High Tea Cocktail Class at Rosemary's | Tea Syrups + Infusions | Sun 11.15
On Sunday, November 15, you'll walk in to a welcome spritz, and then we pull out the tea. We'll show you how to turn loose leaf into syrups and infusions that do a lot more in a glass than sit in a mug, and you'll use them to mix two cocktails of your own. The bar will have both spirits and non-alcoholic spirits on hand, so you can build your drinks either way.
Before you leave, you'll make a tea syrup to take home, which means the next round is on you (and it's a good one).
